consent?!

F—- Yeah Sober Sex is on a mission to teach and model consent as an embodied practice of liberation!

how can it help me?

  • More room to say ‘YES!’ to the things you find fulfilling and meaningful

  • To help your communities move towards liberation (feeling secure and supporting others in feeling safe is liberating, this is a liberation practice!)

If you answered ‘yes’ to any of these questions, you have come to the right place!

awesome!

consent and the music industry (6 weeks)

this class can cover the basics, strategies to avoid burnout and tools for self-support, and how applying these ideas can lead to creative and communal flourishing. ‘Consent and the Music Industry’ will ultimately focus on how we can apply these principles to create a culture of consent in our industry, from the dance-floor to the executive suite.

consent to avoid burnout (3 weeks)

this class will briefly touch on the basics, and delve more deeply into the importance of 'no', what happens when 'no' isn't an option, care plans and self support strategies for moving through challenges and discomfort.

consent and recovery (8 weeks)

Addiction has been known to ‘steal the soul without consent’ and the road back to self-integrity and connection with intuition can be long for folks in recovery. Using an embodied practice of consent, alongside a background in 12-step and Gestalt therapy, this class offers strategies for healing the feelings of insecurity, dis-integration and splitting that can be so challenging on the road to recovery. This class is for people in recovery of all forms, and for mental health professionals who want to learn how to support people in recovery through a lens of consent.
